i'm sure alot of people are asking why should are dues go up when this is not are faught on how this was run before. we shouldn't have to pay more on the POA to help the neighborhood out, when nothing is being done such as boats in the front yards, grass not getting cut, car in the yards. i think the POA owners should have to vote on the dues going up. Renters are trashing the neighborhood an the owners have to pay for it. Doesn't sound right in my book. What are we really paying for, the pool hasn't been open all year an peoples yards are not what you said they were going to be. I think as a owner we need to see some changes in the neighborhood. A lot of people living today are on a budget an can't take more money coming out of there checks. What about are kids that live here. No park an no pool. From what i see we see the grass in the front of the neighborhood getting cut an new signs, but that is it, an you want us to pay more dues. no thanks
