Take Part In The Transfer To Homeowners

Stillwood Farms Association is simply an online group of concerned home owners who wish to take an active part of what happens to our community.

We are in NO WAY the unofficial or official voice of the developers of the sub-division. As home owners we do not intend to just sit back and say "What Will Be, Will Be".

This web site is a way for us to get to know who our neighbors are, maybe exchange EMERGENCY contact information and watch for those who do not belong. We can be a Virtual Security Force who will not hesitate to phone 911 and report unauthorized people who would steal from, trash our property, or create disturbances.

My property value is determined by my neighbor’s efforts as much as it is by my own efforts. For one this association will strive to increase the value of our neighbor’s property.

Presently the home owners have NO VOICE in what happens here and this neighborhood link may not change that fact. There is strength in numbers and together our voice will be heard.

I am grateful to the developers for what they have done so far. If you are a resident please join our efforts. Share information with others who live here. Let others know your ideas of how to make it better for all of us.
