Stone Hollow 2 is a beautiful, family-oriented, diverse community, established by Eastwood in mid to late 2000. Now with 57 homes, our neighborhood is just the right size. The general outlook here is friendly, peaceful, and neighborly. It's a good community to go for walks (with or without your kids and/or dogs), bike rides, etc.
Stone Hollow 2 is very convenient to I-77 and Charlotte, with a CATS park and ride only 1 mile away. We are near a state of the art hospital, many doctors' offices, etc., many schools and churches, countless restaurants, retail stores, car dealerships, and golf courses and parks, not to mention Charlotte events, Panther football, Bobcat basketball, and Concord's NASCAR speedway.
We are also just minutes from Lake Norman, a lake with over 500 miles of shoreline and covering over 32,000 acres.
Stone Hollow 2 is only minutes from NorthLake Mall at Exit 18, a Lowe's and Home Depot at Exit 25, as well as Target, Staples, Kohl's, Dick's, etc. A little further east is Concord Mills Mall with MANY surrounding stores, and just north to Mooresville you'll find a Super Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Staples, Gander Mountain, and many more.

Our HOA is probably one of the least expensive of any around Charlotte, especially in the Huntersville area! We have a nice entrance and a large common area for everyone to enjoy.

Originally Stone Hollow 2 HOA was managed by a Management Company. As we were running out of funds, an independent HOA was formed, and has been led by several people and boards, each with an interest in keeping our annual HOA dues low and paying the bills. The major bills were always electricity (for our street lights) and landscaping fees. The big break came when we finally got the bill for lights turned over to the City of Huntersville, and then got a majority of residents to pay their annual dues! Now we're focused on keeping our community clean, neat, and friendly!
