There always seems to be a constant moving in and out of this community. I wonder if it is largely do the constant increases of the maintence fees,which is far fetched.
Also I understand that the board is trying to build a sidewalk in the community on one of the blocks. I don't see the logic. The majority of the homeowners have cars which are parked in the driveways, which they enter when coming out of their homes and drive off. On some blocks you will see cars blocking sidewalks nd in the end you are walking in the streets. SO WHAT IS THE SENSE.
Don't need sidewalks or a wasting of the homeowners money. Use the money to trim the open field back and mosquito spray the open pond.
2. The fees have gone over the top and it must be stopped. They should go down once the goal is met
We only have 192 homes if I am correct. Listing prices for some of the homes are in the moderate of $170,000 or just a bit higher. We are on moderate or fixed incomes. This is not a communitiy with home values - $500.000, where is the money going besides the snow removal which they did a good job. pet removal and shrub care. The place needs
reseeding.
3. for some of us that can not make the meetings, there should be a brief post on the web
of the minutes as to what is about to take place or took place. It is not fair to treat the homeowners like this and constantly ask for increases and we see just a little bit of results.
4. It is nice that the present board is doing what they can, but they must listen to the homeowners and not take such a hard stand when it comes to their ideas, which seems like the case all the time.
