Mary Ann Brown is our ProComm Property Manager. ProComm (Professional Community Management Services, Inc.) serves as our professional management team. ProComm is paid by the Association to do work under the direction of the Board of Directors. ProComm has many years of experience managing owners associations, providing a full range of management services. ProComm is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), a national organization that promotes professionalism and education for association managers, board members and service members. CAI is proactive in monitoring and commenting on national, state and local legislation, which affects owners associations. ProComm is located in North Central San Antonio near Reagan High School, at 300 East Sonterra Blvd., Suite 350, San Antonio, TX 78258, phone 545-1888, fax 545-1940; an answering machine is available 24 hours daily.
