It's been said if you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.
In November of 2006, Arland conceptionalized Stoneybrook Community Association to address not
only a Citizen On Patrol program, but a community needs concept based on urban transition. Committees would be formed to address and educate community members on beautification, how to care for and maintain thier lawns, hedges, walkways, ect.
Committees within the Association would be political watch dogs. Monitoring the Home Building Industry, that threatens to urbanize our
way of life in the county. Still, the deer and animal population is threaten out of existens. We need to fight for a building cap that limits
the number of people living in residential areas. Crime is one population element that we want to manage. This is done with population studies, and regulating the home building industry. We need After School Programs, a Community Youth Center, and ways and means to get the youth involved in community activities.
