First time home buyers

Baltimore County has a first time homebuyer program to encourage homeownership. Persons interested in buying a home, or perhaps may need help with settlement expenses or closing costs should contact the Office of Community Conservation at (410) 887-3317. Besides the Settlement Expense Loan Program, (SELP), Community Conservation also has programs for those homeowners in need of emergency home repairs, and for single family housing rehabilitation.
