Once again I would like to remind our walkers to please carry a FLASHLIGHT now that the sun is going down earlier. Also, please walk FACING traffic and wear something light. Last night when I was going out, I thought I could see a movement. I slowed down and noticed that it was a young lady walking her dog. Her clothes were black and her dog was black. We cannot see at night because we do not have street lights. 
For dog owners take a couple of plastic bags to pick up your dog's poop. Thank you.
