Strawberry Farms

I am VERY disappointed with the lack of information given to the community about the garage sale this past Saturday. Myself and several others tried countless ways to contact the association and regularly looked on this web site (twice daily for three weeks) to find out when it was going to be. Last Thursday as I drove to work, I was shocked to see the sign hanging below the Strawberry Farms sign at the main entrance stating it was that week! Thanks for the notice. Of course, I had plans that could not be changed and even if I could change them, organizing my items and my garage in that short of time would have been close to impossible. I was not in town on Saturday, but my guess is that only a handful of people participated. How sad. I know at the Fall sale, many customers complained about the lack of/little notice they had since they regularly like to attend our sales. In addition, they were angry by the lack of participation and didn't know if they would return. We won't have any customers soon if we don't tell the neighborhood so we can participate! You gave us plenty of time to prepare for the ice cream social, but for an event that takes time to prepare for, you gave us only a day. Very sad.
