Here's an idea:

Get the word out via the Internet. I know talk has already circulated about creating an e-mail list. That's a start.

Advertise this website on the community boards for a while. Deliver flyers door-to-door specifically with the web address on it.

That might be your medium to getting hold of the neighborhood.

There might even be an opportunity to hold a meeting via a webcast. It is do-able.

Just a thought.
