Special Event - Nature in Our Neighborhood
April 9th & 10th from 10 am to noon
“Nature in our Neighborhood” Event
Spring reminds us how lucky we are to live in the Foothills. In celebration, we invite the entire Suffolk Hills neighborhood and Immaculate Heart parents, students, and teachers to come and enjoy a series of seminars and slide shows on our natural history and living with nature. Topics will range from wildcats in urban areas to ecology in the neighborhood.

The seminars will be held at Immaculate Heart School High School, 625 E. Magee, on Saturday, April 9th from 10:00am to noon.
On Sunday, April 10th, there will be follow up nature walks surrounding the area of Immaculate Heart High School will start at 10:00am until noon.

Joe Storto is a retired Botany professor with extensive teaching experience.
Adrian Qujiada is a U of A Conservation Genetics and Biogeography professor studying the impact of climate change in species connectivity and focused in the sky islands-Sonoran desert region.
