Pond Pathway Repair

Concerning Construction on the Pathway to the pond: With most of our 2008 dues collected, the Board recently resumed communication with the contractor for repair to the commons pathway to the pond.Unfortuntely, he is no longer willing to do the work. Be assured we are laboring actively to procure a new contractor who will perform high quality work and bring this project to a close. We will keep you apprised of progress on this issue. Thanks for your patience during this period of unforeseen delay.
