Summer Wood Has Attraction and Appeal

Summer Wood is nestled against the mountains of northern Greenville County, making it attractive to the residents who are happy to be a part of and live in this community.

We have a variety of great people, young and old, who relocated here from all over the USA and elsewhere. These neighbors enjoy the mountain views, spacious living and the friendly "how-are-you" demeanor.

Great Location

The neighborhood is off North McElhaney, just north of Greer. It's situated between State HWY's 14 and 101, which makes for an easy drive into Greer or a nice northerly tour toward the mountains. Lake Cunningham can be accessed just off N. McElhaney, and is only a short drive, about 2 miles, from our community.

The Sub-Division

There are 71 lots which measure over a half-acre each. The homes square footage range from 1,500 to 2,600 square feet and values are $120,000 to low $200,000's. We have a small lake with a nice commons area.

SWPOA, Inc.(Summer Wood Property Owners Association) was officially organized and documented with the South Carolina Secretary of State Office on April 29, 2005.
