HISTORY OF SUMMERBROOKE ESTATES
Summerbrooke Estates was first platted in 1995. There are 34 lots in the subdivision. One home occupies two lots. When complete, there will be 33 homes. The first house constructed in the subdivision was at 2403 Summer Breeze Court. The Roberts moved into their house in July of 1995. The second house constructed was at 2407 Summer Breeze Court. It was a builders model and was not purchased until some time later. The Zalatoris family was the first to occupy that house.
