Hello, I cant take my neighbors and their dogs any longer. they have 3 sometimes 4 dogs that live in their back yard permently. I mean rain, or shine and even when it snowed they were out there all day and night. They bark 24/7, we dont even want to go out back because we are beyond annoyed and my son is even scared because 5 months ago they tore our little teacup australian shephard to shreds. when we burried our baby girl the neighbor lady promised to find homes for her loud mean dogs and has done nothing. she leaves them out there for hours barking and does nothing. They wake us up at all hours of the night and we have a baby on the way. I have no idea what to do and do not think its fair that we have to suffer through it. with the summer coming up we want to spend time in tbe pool out back without fear or having to listen to them bark constantly. Please help in any way. I losing my paitence and I will do anything. thanks so much for your time and any help.
