Summerfield HOA

*What is up with that new sign? Kind of looks like something for a Hunting Club or Doctor's Office.. Please tell me this is temporary and we did'nt pay for it... What was wrong with what we had??? At least make it look warm and inviting like the first one...

Gotta agree that the sign is disappointing.  Need some ideas?  Go to Google, enter: subdivision signs and click on images.  First few pages of pictures are some good ideas!

The sign is AWFUL and as an individual trying to sell my home my realtor has informed me that it will definately take the "right " individual to want to come into the neighborhood and I may have to decrease my price which is already less than what I purchased for.  Dropped propperty value!  I find it very threatening & unwelcoming.  Had it been there when I was looking I would not have set foot in this area.  I never wanted an HOA neighborhood, but especially one that offers NO ammenities!
