I would like to propose we get rid of the blue newspapers that are delivered with the mail.....we either tell owners they have to pick them up or quit having them delivered all together. By the number of them laying in and around driveways no body is reading these things and it looks trashy. When prospective buyers drive through our neighborhood it doesn't reflect well on us. Over a period of time, these kinds of things can effect property values.
