SWHA Mission Statement

Subject to support for and with the Summitview Homeowners Association and on behalf of the community known as Summitview Woods and all homeowners within, the Association, its Board of Trustees and Officers, will promote civic pride and the common good of the Community.

The Association, its Board of Trustees and Officers are adopting the idea that the Community benefits from well maintained and manicured lawn areas, fence and entrances, (herein known as the Perimeter), surrounding the Community. That upon approaching the Community from the outside, the aesthetics presented of a well manicured Perimeter, will project a positive image for current andprospective residents, visitors, guests and the general public.

The Association, through its Board of Trustees and Officers, will manage and maintain the Perimeter in a manner consistent with this Statement and generally accepted maintenance and landscaping industry practices.

The Association, through its Board of Trustees and Officers, will further support other programs for the benefit of the Community that promote good will, good neighbors and civic awareness within the Community.
