Sun Hills Estates consists of 147 5-acre homesites nestled in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains north of Colorado Springs. Over 100 custom homes have been built on these spectacular home sites. Sun Hills Association was formed as a non-profit association to preserve and enhance our unique community.

SUN HILLS ESTATES

Sun Hills Estates consists of 147 5-acre homesites with over 110 custom homes currently established.

The Sun Hills Homeowners Association was formed as a non-profit organization in 1983 to preserve, protect and improve our unique community and quality of life. Membership dues are currently $10 annually with a community picnic and annual meeting held each fall.

All members are encouraged to provide suggestions and recommendations to the Sun Hills Executive Board, to participate in community activities and to volunteer with special projects. Joe Potter, Past President
