Marina Rules & Regulations

1. No guns or ATV's allowed and no alcoholic beverages for persons under the age of 21.

2. Sundance homeowners must reserve the marina for all functions. The reserving party must be in attendance and will be held responsible. A cleanup deposit is required. For reservations, contact Sundance Security.

3. Pick up and removal of trash will be the responsibility of the reserving party and will be monitored by the Marina Committee or Sundance Security.

4. Open fires are permitted in designated areas and only during non dry seasons.

5. Anyone using the marina does so at their own risk.

6. Owners are liable and responsible for their guests and pets. Owners must accompany their guests at all times while the guest is on marina property.

7. The marina gate must be kept locked at all times. If you leave the gate open while guests arrive and depart, you must place a sign out front to alert Sundance Security, otherwise the gate will be re-locked.

8. Residents using the boat ramp, use the ramp at their own risk. All vehicles with trailers must park the same way (toward the West side of marina property along the fence line).

9. Boat owners are asked not to power their boats onto their trailers. This causes extreme erosion under the launching ramp.

10. Residents using the marina facility will adhere to the above rules and regulations. Fines may be assessed at the discretion of the Board and the Marina Committee.
