It?’s getting harder to live on 38th Ave.
I don?’t know about you, but I?’ve noticed the noise level on 38th Ave is getting out of hand. The walls in my home are shaking and the windows rattle from about rush hour to midnight every night.
The boom boxes in these modified small cars are driving me crazy. I have a db meter that shows the noise level exceeds 100db?’s inside my home with doors shut and windows closed including storm windows. If the bar down the street has a function going on, they (motor cycles) leave in packs of five to ten and the db meter goes to 130 to 150db?’s inside my home.
Last night (7-8-04) I watched two Pontiac firebirds (one red, one black) race west bound from Tejon to Zuni at speeds (guess) 60mph?...more? Thank God that the light changed at Zuni, because I never seen a tail light blink as they raced to federal.
Is anyone else concerned about the noise or traffic on 38th Ave?
