Welcome to Sun-Cat! We have wonderfully varied housing stock, with some our homes built as early as the 1920's to as recent as the 1960's. We offer quiet, tree lined streets with that old fashioned neighborhood feel and 95% of our homes are owner occupied and well kept.

We are proud to be part of the Phoenix Project and have 2 full time Community Police Officers. Our neighborhood is a Zero Tolerance Area for crime..... meaning anything from jaywalking to drugs is NOT tolerated.

Membership Info

Sun-Cat has an active neighborhood association and can always use more members! We plan our annual garage sale, work on safety and housing issues, recieve updates from city and township staff and FROC Priority board.

Membership per household is only $5 per yr. Please contact an association officer for more information. Our next membership drive will begin in September 2007.
