MAILBOX THEFT

Last weekend several of the cluster mailboxes were vandalized. Someone may have been trying to steal mail or it may have been a prank.
Mail theft is an escalating problem here in the valley. Here are some tips to protect your mail
Please be sure to pick up your mail each day. DO not leave mail in the box overnight.
. Outgoing mail needs to be placed in the blue mailboxes outside of the community or at the post office. The safest place to mail items is INSIDE the post office
Do not mail cash. Ask you bank for secure checks that cannot t be altered.
Tell the post office when you will be out of town so they can hold your mail.
