Any other situation and I would report it immediately, however this was a targeted incident and has occured here before with us. This is just my warning to them, since i know who it was and that they read this site.... well, if it happens again, I will pursue charges against the parents and child. I have no doubt that they will not do this to anyone else, or I would report it right away.
She knows who she is and now she knows I have her on camera. That is all. :)
