The BOD does care

The Board of Directors do care and have issued many fines against those who refuse to keep their properties properly maintained. Unfortunately, they can't MAKE someone care for their property so they must pursue the issues through long and tedious legal means. Come to a board member and find out exactly what that process is. There is not 1 unkempt property in the community that is being ignored.
