I just received a letter from the association regarding a ''change to the exterior'' of our home. I had been trying to obtain the proper forms from Patty G. to get approval, but she never got back to me. I finally went to a board meeting in Oct, and was given the paper to fill out. I took my time, and included pictures of the completed project. With the holidays and a serious illness in the family, I did not mail them out until 12/19. We made several mistakes, my husband forgot to request a returen receipt, so we do not know, when the request was received. Just recently we received this letter, regarding an inspection done on 12/19, which of course I cannot locate at the time I am typing this. I would like to e-mail her directly if possible, but I did not notice her name on this website. If anyone know her e-mail address, I would really appreciate it.
