Thank you to all who participated in the first Internet-based survey of our neighborhood.

The survey in short:
82% responding were resident owners, 12% were Cherry Street business owners and 2% were landlords.

Overall, the top issue or concerns were:
1. New development (commercial and residential) - 64.7%
2. Home improvements - 42.9%
3. (tie) Swan Lake Park and Swan Lake Waterfowl Society - 33.3%
3. (tie) Local government services and/or public safety improvements - 33.3%
