City of Sycamore

 I want to know how many of us have had someone park in your spot without having the courtesy to ask. I want to know do I have the legal right to have that vehicle towed? This is not the first time this has happen but it was definatly an eye opener this last time. Someone who should know better has taken it upon themself to over step their managerial position!!!!
