changing zoning because...

Zoning is the law that protects future use of a piece of land. Without that we have no protections as to how MBA uses that land in the future. We're certain they can afford better and more lawyers than we can.

attendance is good

You are all more than welcome to come. We never have enough people involved in our community or our neighborhood association.

If there are more people in the neighborhood who support the MBA purchase than oppose it, then so be it. That is not the sense that any of us get so far.

You should be aware that MBA has talked of purchasing additional residences near that property and expanding their lot. MBA has a well-documented increasing need for space.
