Board wont Answer These Questions at Highline Meadows

HighlineMedows Needs serious attention as a community. We are being ignored and need help.


1. OUR HOA'S DELINQUENCIES NEED SERIOUS ATTENTION
Has the Board established procedures to significantly reduce delinquent assessments?

You are required under CCIOA to have Policies and Procedures for collection of delinquent accounts; obviously you procedures are not effective.

2. OUR BOARD NEEDS TO EVALUATE THE COMPETENCE OF THE MANAGING AGENT
The Board needs to hire a new management company which will provide better guidance in many areas, including expense reduction, conduct of meetings, and communications.

3. OUR BOARD NEEDS TO REDUCE MANAGEMENT EXPENSES
Why have your management expenses skyrocketed to 29% with Manintenance cost at 19%
How long has it been since competative sealed bids were obtained for management services using a detailed RFP?

4. OUR BOARD NEEDS TO REDUCE INSURANCE EXPENSES
Why has the insurance esculated so much?
Has your HOA had several claims? What are all the claims?
How many insurance bids were recently obtained and from which insurance brokers?
Who is evaluating your insurance needs?


1) The Board of Directors has a Hidden Agenda and Is Not Communicating with the association members or answering the questions.

2) The Emergency Assessment is considered a Extra Ordinary Assessment which is forbidden by the Declaration.

3) The fact that the Management company cannot fix the Delinquency problem reflect on them as bad representative's of this community.

4) The fact that the Management Company keeps increasing their assessment to 50% administration and Maintenance Personnel changes cuts our Material and bill cost to 50% leaving nothing left.

5) The Declaration States that the community must be up kept by Beatification which is not being done every 3-4 years. The condo Buildings have not been painted in 11 years 

6) The 1998 special assessments was aimed toward Roof repairs which never happened.

7) No community activities exist or are prompted by the current board they hide in their shell and never invite the community to meet them, they have a hidden agenda.

08) The Board Members are part of the "Good Old Boys Club" which means they should disband and give this community a chance.

The community is now responsible for Dead Beats which is not the American Way.

I know this is just the tip of the iceberg when the rising heat may take this community down.


I see your so called "great leader" has not provided an answer to the question.  This is exactly how things have always been around here and when someone finds something wrong "everybody looks the other way". 

 
 It would be nice that the new board would actually answer these questions.  Part of the responsibility of the Board is to maintain control over the spending and monies. 
 
Every year we go on "Auto pilot"  with TMMC at the controls and drain every red cent this association has.   At some point the board of directors has to take control of the budget and numbers and get TMMC out of the picture ASAP. 
 
You folks (Board Members)_would ready be surprised if you would only looked at your own information you are providing us association members. 

 

Dear Vice President Morgan Liddick,
 
I don't recall that Denise got "fired" from any of these properties since it is clear that you are defending TMMC and there performance.  I have knowledge that Denise and TMMC managed these properties listed and they either voted TMMC out,  or TMMC resigned as the management company.
 
Now........I wonder Why.... aren't you curious?
 
Now Mr. Liddick,  since it is clear that you like TMMC, love the way they are using our money.  I don't believe for a second you really know what is happening with our monies and that you,  as all other board members,  have submitted to Denise and TMMC.
 
Your scared of the truth and you are running away from it. You really cant answer the questions because it would clearly show that monies are not being used correctly and that you really don't know where the monies are going.  You are part of Denise's good old boys club following her every lead as she writes the budget and shoves down your throat and OURS!
 
I did not vote for TMMC for the last 12 Years and I don't trust them. All the facts point to
 
You must love seeing all our monies used each year and the condition of this complex falling apart.  Your oversight of the obvious shows how ignorant you are to the facts.  Why don't you open your eyes and wake up?
 
Whats the real truth or can you not accept it and keep us living in some kind of dream world? I know whats happending around here, I told you some of it. It's up to you to prove me wrong.  If I am right then you must replace TMMC.
 
Maybe one day we might get rid of TMMC and Denise from Board members who are a little sharper and wiser than you!
 
I did not vote for you and I don't believe in you until you answer the questions. Once they are answered I am very sure that Highline Meadows will want to join the other three complexes and retain a Management company.

 

Morgan Liddick was brought in by Alan and endorsed by Denise.  He is some sort of security expert or something.  In any case, I cant believe that he is even talking with me. I believe he might actually be interested in the facts.   He did listen to me the other day.  If I can sway his mind in any way about TMMC and keep asking him for the answers he might convince the other board members to get rid of TMMC and make a new go without Denise.
 
We as a community have no say in the matter as  we are at the mercy of this Board of Directors and we cannot get any quorum.  We must trust that they investigate any wrong doings and even fire TMMC and then sue them in a court of law.
 
As you know, I already had my say with Sharon and I am very sure she must have some doubt about Denise and TMMC and our money. I cant believe they would just ignore the facts.  It's all there information in question it's all about the truth.   In any case, with all the spotlight on Denise ,the graphs showing all this spending and our property values dropping like a rock, there has to be a fall Guy here. 
 
This person must be Denise and TMMC.  I blame our plight and Millions of dollars in lost home values to her and her company TMMC taking good honest people to the cleaners while she runs a huge business which puts the butter on TMMC's Bread each day.
 
Maybe the little bug I stuck in Morgan ear about TMMC will resonant and he might wake up from being a controlled zombie and follower of our dictator Denise.
 
We must go it alone without having our hands tied to our obvious Money sucking machine known as TMMC.

One day all our questions will be answered and we will be rid of this menace known as TMMC who have ruined our home values and let this property go into the gutter.
