We recently purchased a house in Old Bay Crest after looking for months for just the right house in just the right neighborhood.
To us, Bay Crest seems like a lost gem of a community. We know most of our neighbors, the houses (for the most part) are maintained with pride.
The number of communities in Tampa with bay access is not getting any bigger. I do believe that this fact will dramatically increase Bay Crests values in the years to come. I was wondering if making this a gated community would increase that. As much as our lovely signs on Memorial do to set us apart this community still seems to be perceived as part of Town & Country (which isn't necessarily a good thing).
I am just trying to think of things that will set us apart as the wonderful gem of a community that we are.
Any ideas?
