This is a quick note to provide you a highlight of the outcome of the TRHOA

Highlights:
- Participation: 7 household members were in attendance at
the meeting; 7 absentee ballots were cast; 0 attendees were asked to function as proxies - Election of officers: mistakenly was out of synch; VP & Treasurer were the open positions; motion was made & carried to correct
election to VP & Treasurer; Nancy Matchey was re-elected as VP; Margarita Rock was re-elected as Treasurer - 2014 Budget: Budget proposal failed; required a 2/3 yes
vote of the total membership; 10 voted yes and 4 voted no; 6 households did not cast a vote; no amendments were possible since there was not a quorum to cast a vote on an amended budget
What's Next:
- Association Fees: 1st quarter fees will remain the same as
2013 and you will receive notice of that and invoice from the Treasurer - Budget Re-plan: Board of Directors will come together for
a budget re-plan in December or early January - TRHOA 2014 Budget Meeting: a special meeting will be
called to review a refreshed budget draft; it will be necessary to have a quorum present (60% of home owners) with those presents + proxies; considering a meeting date of Monday, January 27, 2014 - please mark your calendars for tentative meeting - TRHOA Members Action: PLEASE go to our web site
