Maybe I mis-read the flyer or it wasn't on there. The City didn't pick up bags because they weren't. When I called this evening, I was told by 311 that the pick-up was brush only, not bags. However the nice lady did get me scheduled to have them picked up. We now get 3 free pick ups a year as opposed to 2. So if you have had the same problem, you can call and get scheduled also.
