It has been reported that a home was broken into on Club Oaks.
I have mentioned this before, watch out for your neighbors if you are home during the day. When you are working in the yard and see someone, acknowledge that you see them. There are "sales people" wandering around also. If they ring your bell, ask who it is and tell them "no thanks" if not interested. As last resort there is the SAPD non-emergency # (210)207-7273.
We can't prevent every crime, but WE CAN make it harder!
We have received a bid to repair the wall at Springtime for roughly $2500. it includes re-inforcing it and a footing. By far to date this has been the most economical, and we are looking to accept it and move forward with repairs.
