Tanglewood Homeowners Association

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE RATS?

Apr 16, 2009

October, 2007

The Tanglewood Homeowners Association is comprised of dues paying members in good standing. The renewed Membership is always the most current membership. Renewed members are those residents who pay the $20.00 annual membership, commencing on June 1st of each year.

Those individuals who do not pay a renewed membership fee of $20.00 are NOT members in good standing. Dues payment is determined by the By-Laws of the Association.

More importantly, individuals who are NON-MEMBERS cannot use the Association By-Laws for their own agenda and to conduct the business of the Tanglewood Homeowners Association (cannot offer membership; cannot call meetings; cannot conduct elections; cannot distribute literature nor collect money in the name of the Association).

They can, however, start their own group. Be

Solomon Edwards, 27425 Aberdeen, Southfield
Steve Sandy, 27555 Aberdeen, Southfield

Residents should remember that Solomon Edwards is the individual who has repeatedly made outrageous allegations that the TANGLEWOOD SUBDIVISION is a rat infested community.

Miraculously the rats disappeared. What happened to the rats?

At least we now know who the rats are!!
