UNAUTHORIZED USE OF TANGLEWOOD ASSOCIATION LOGO

When one is not equipped for leadership, they are unable to display the character, creativity and the hard work essential to establish and successfully manage an organization.

Someone of questionable character then looks to use the most expedient and unethical route to appear to be a leader.

A second group calling themselves Tanglewood Homeowners Association has taken the registered LOGO of the official Tanglewood Homeowners Association, established in 1989, and displayed the logo on their newsletters and distributed them in the Tanglewood Subdivision.

Eventhough, the official Association's Attorney advised this group that their unauthorized use of the logo was illegal and criminal activity; they once again used and displayed the logo without authorization in March, 2009.

The officers and board of this group are guilty of a misdemeanor and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
