Mission Statement
The Board of Directors promises to make every effort possible to maintain the quality, values, and character of the Tatum Vista community while at the same time being reasonable in the interpretation and enforcement of the community's governing documents.
About our association
Tatum Vista Community
Our community is comprised of 97 homes located just north of Jomax Rd and west of Tatum Blvd. We feel we have the best of all worlds here; Phoenix Fire and Police but Cave Creek schools.
Transportation
Tatum Vista is only five miles form the newly finished Loop 101 (Pima Freeway). In the near future, SR 51 will connect with the Loop 101.
Shopping
Tatum Vista is only five miles from the newly finished Desert Ridge Marketplace shopping center (see the link below).
