Minutes - 4/9/02 Meeting

Introductions were made and the minutes of the previous meeting were approved as published.
A brief summary of the budget was presented by the Treasurer. Of special note is the fact that Tatum Vista currently has a surplus of approximately $28,569. This represents about 14 months worth of our budget.
As noted in the previous newsletter, the one of the Natural And Open Space (NAOS) areas was slightly damaged by one homeowner from Tatum Highlands subdivision. That homeowner has paid Tatum Vista $150. to settle the issue.
Complaints and/or issues addressed:
Wall height extensions.
Awnings
Front yard modifications.
Parking in front/side yards.
Backwashing into NAOS area.
Play sets in back yards.
NAOS area cleanup by landscaper.
Collection procedures.
Voting procedures.
