I agree that its about time. I also think there are alot of neighbors who think the laws don't apply to them. I think the city needs to post how many citations were written each week and what neighborhoods they were in.I also think we can each help our neighbor, like don't just mow up to the property line but mow some of the neighbors also.Talk to your neighbors, be a good neighbor.

I have lived in my house for 29years and plan on living here another 29 years, I am proud of my home and my close neighbors, but there are many yards I drive past to get to my house that make me think I am living in the gettos,please help clean up your yard and help your neighbor.
