What are they using the generator for??
Are they welders or electricians??

I think that the utilities have been turned off to the house. They probably have a high outstanding bill.

They are using the generator instead of MLG&W. I have been told they have unpaid bills with MLG&W and have been cut off. This is not surprising because they do not work, unless you consider collecting garbage and storing it in their backyard as being work.

It would seem to me if the electricity was cut off by MLGW so would be the water. How do you clean, shower and use the toilet with out running water??
It would seem there would be a health department or city code about occupancy of a house with no utilities.
