Collar and Tags??

I know that my male black lab, Abner, escapes our backyard on almost a daily basis. Do the dogs you are talking about have tags and collars? If so are they approachable? When you first wrote in I thought the black dog you talked of could be mine, but Abner is not a barker and is a loner, won't even hang out with our other black lab Jesse. Anyways, if anyone ever sees my black lab out his name is Abner, he is harmless, the number to call me is on his tags. We are trying to figure out when he is leaving and what we can do to stop him jumping the fence.

aggressive dogs

over in the area of sea isle/willow, we have a pack of 3 very aggressive dogs. sunday, the dogs went after a young boy, who was walking to coopers. fortunately neighbors were out to help him. someone called police, dog catchers were dispatched but were unable to catch the dogs. monday they returned, 5 trucks & caught 4 dogs in the area. since then, neighors have spotted 2 of the aggressive dogs. be careful if walking in this area.
