Does anyone know anything about the pool parties going on at the house in the 4800 block of Mockingbird? Music is loud, and the folks (tons of them) scream at the top of their lungs the entire time. I like to have a good time as much as anyone, but it's ridiculous. Sometimes, it seems to shut down quickly, so somebody may be complaining or the police may be showing up. Just wondered if anyone knew anything about. The house has a big ol' smoker grill that takes up the entire driveway, and there are always tons of vehicles parked around. I noticed that some poor soul has a house up for sale two doors down, and I wish them luck in selling it.

Pool?

I live in that block and know the house you're speaking of. I didn't realize they had a pool, though. I believe it's a couple of college guys that live there. I've seen people going in and out with school books. It seems the stretch white limo has been replaced by a huge smoker. I haven't had problems with noise, but the tons of cars and beer cans littering the yard have caused me concern.

Annoying

We have had a lot of problems with that house. It is a college guy with a bunch of roommates and people coming and going all the time. The other night they were playing music and being loud out by the pool until 7:30AM!!!! I talked with a next door neighbor to that house and they keep him up. He asked that if you hear them, to please call the downtown police precinct and file a complaint. That way something will get done about it!

Don't know about Mockingbird, but I do know about the one on Helene last night, or should I say until 4:40 AM this morning.
