I am the one calling for the petition to disband the homeowners association.I have tried numerous times to get someone from either the association or
Ghertner to return my calls to no avail. The only phone call I have had returned from Ghertner after about 10 calls to them was from Joy, basically telling me that they were not concerned about our issues and that they did not give out times of association meetings because they prefer that homeowners not attend. I have also left messages for Mr. Davis, the president, that have yet to be returned either. My wife got more done with a couple calls to Metro than the association. i.e.. the hill at the top of Woodlands Ave has been cleaned up, a no dumping sign has been posted, and a berm has been put up to stop runoff.

I appreciate Catbert giving the address of the house next door with no yard. Why has the association not noticed this eyesore before now? Anyone with the association who would like to discuss this with me personally can contact me at 405-7310 or 369-9009, ext. 7.
