Is anyone else bothered by the teenager who lives at 816 N. Woodstone? I did talk to his father regarding the loud boom box as he trolled the neighborhood and it has let up some. However, now I have to listen to him gun his muffler-less car and then race to the end of his street and down the road and out of the complex. I can hear him all over the neighborhood. Maybe we should get a fund together to buy the young man a muffler. And then maybe I won't be awakened every night at 10:30 as he comes tooling into the Woodlands.

The noisy teenager who lives at 816 N. Woodstone obviously cares for no one but himself. Why can't he get in hid little white car, leave the Woodlands, and never return ?
