I was at the pool the other day when the police showed up and started talking to these three women. Apparently whoever has been dumping garbage in the dumpster are getting warrants against them sometime this week. I was eavesdropping, so I couldn't hear the whole conversation, but there were at least 2 warrants being issued, and probably more coming. If you have been using the dumpster for your garbage disposal, I would think twice-I heard the police say something about a 500.00 fine and community service. Personally, it is not worth it!

The post in the newsletter makes it seem that the dumpster may be used by residents, but this post seems to negate that. Are homeowners allowed to use the dumpster? Are there only certain instances where homeowners may use it?
