I am currently a resident on Nebraska Ave. I have lived here for 3 years and love Sylvan Park. I need find a new place to live (House mate's girlfriend's moving in) and I'd love to stay in the neighborhood. Finding a good place to stay can be very difficult, or a matter or luck and networking. Well, I prefer the later. If anyone is aware of anyone needing a good/mature/non-smoking/single/no pet/solidly employed/conciencous/male tenant, I would surely appreciate the help. I'm not looking for or to be a roommate. I want to live by myself.

There is an apartment available at 4608 Elkins. It is the upstairs of a house.
I don't now what it is rentin for, but the phone number is posted in the front of the house.

check out the apartment on 4809 wyoming.I know they have 2 bedrooms. 1 is in good conditions don't know about the other. 4 units. the 2 that face wyoming are vacant.I think rent is cheap
