Others in the neighborhood have reported seeing a red truck appear to be cruising the neighborhood over the following few days.
If you see such a truck or such behaviour, take a picture if you can do so safely, and/or observe and write down all the details that would identify the person and the vehicle and immediately call 862-8600 to report it.
