As I look at the junk piled at the house on Cedarcrest, the abandoned car sitting on Murphywood with no license plate and a flat tire (been there for nearly 3 weeks now) and the commercial wrecker that now sits overnight on Asheford Trace, I wonder what happened to our neighborhood. It has gone to pot since Jean Walker and Associates took over as managers.
We hear of empty threats but no action except to collect fees so that the manager and some unknown lawyer get their money while we have to sit by and whatch our property values drop.
Perhaps it is time to Drop the old and form a new association with more strict rules and get a new manager.
