Am late, but surprised this issue has not been brought up. I think there is an obvious need to come up with a back up plan for the festive candles. This event is extremely impressive at night and festive. Unfortunately, with the rain this year, all efforts went in vain. Surely, when inclement weather is predicted, an alternate date can be set. Afterall, it is a waste of $$$ and helpers time.
