we dont need a pool for others

We do need a pool but why open it to others who dont live here? Will we be able to provide adequate parking and facilities to open it to other neighborhoods? I thought the idea of having a neighborhood pool was so that the facility could be used by the people who pay HOA dues of this community.

Where's the pool

Could anyone tell me when the pool will be built? I have had survey after survey requesting the pool. I thought the all the returned surveys was in favor of building a pool.
